RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items sold by Black Magic Records are made to order.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is verified, we will replace the item or correct the order at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Because each item is produced specifically for your order:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Minor variations may occur and are considered part of the made-to-order process.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
