ORDER PROCESSING

All items are processed after an order is placed. Many of our products, especially vinyl records, are made to order, which affects fulfillment times. Processing times are included in the estimates below.

VINYL RECORD SHIPPING

Domestic (U.S.)

Standard shipping: 1–2 weeks

International

Standard shipping: Approximately 2 weeks

Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During holidays or periods of high order volume, vinyl production and shipping may take up to 4 weeks. These delays are normal and expected due to manufacturing demand.

CD SHIPPING

Domestic (U.S.)

3–5 business days

International

1–2 weeks

CD shipping times remain consistent, even during holidays or high-volume periods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in shipping costs and are non-refundable.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
